Sanket Porwal

Sanket Porwal is an experienced professional in international distribution and cinema operations, currently serving as the Manager of International Distribution at YRF-Yash Raj Films since September 2018. In this role, Sanket has been instrumental in ideating, planning, and executing marketing and distribution strategies for international releases, including the film "Hichki" in China. Prior to YRF, Sanket was a Senior Executive in International Distribution at Cinépolis India, overseeing operations at major cinema locations while managing large teams and optimizing revenue strategies. Notable achievements include supervising the successful release of "Bahubali: The Conclusion". Sanket’s earlier roles include management training and internships in strategic planning, content writing, and social media marketing. Sanket holds a PGDM in Business Design and Marketing from the Welingkar Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the Maharashtra Institute of Technology.
