Rathna Kireeti M

Rathna Kireeti M currently serves as the Head of Digital Strategy Consulting at YASH Technologies, leading initiatives to assist client CXOs and functional heads in executing business transformation journeys since March 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Associate Director and Manager at Deloitte India from July 2017 to February 2021, and Manager and Senior Consultant at KPMG India from April 2015 to June 2017. Rathna also completed a summer internship at KPMG India in 2014, where responsibilities included preparing an e-commerce pitch pack and a proposal for a state government tourism project. Earlier in a career at Indian Oil Corporation Limited from June 2008 to June 2013, Rathna worked as a Production Engineer and Senior Production Engineer, focusing on operational quality and analysis of plant parameters. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Tiruchirappalli and a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli.
