Sarat Panganamamula

Sarat Panganamamula has extensive experience in the field of Human Capital Management (HCM) and SAP solutions, currently serving as Global Head of HXM at YASH Technologies since May 2010, where previous roles included Practice Manager for SAP HCM and SuccessFactors. Prior to this, Sarat held the position of Practice Manager for SAP HCM at ANANTHA TECHNOLOGIES LTD from April 2008 to April 2010, and also worked at YASH Technologies in a similar capacity from 2005 to 2008. Additional experience includes a role as Sr. Analyst at Deloitte in 2005, Consultant at Mahendr Satyam from 2001 to 2005, and Associate Consultant at Intelligroup between 2000 and 2001. Sarat holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from SGS College, completed in 1990, and received earlier education at ZPHS from 1982 to 1985.
