Jason Wellnitz

Jason Wellnitz has a diverse work experience in the field of electrical engineering and product management. Jason started their career as a Mechatronics Technician at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where they designed and debugged electronic circuits and wrote firmware and test software. Jason then joined Kohler Co. as an Electronics Engineer.

In 2008, Jason moved to Magnetek, where they held various roles including Controls Product Engineer, Supervisor of Product Engineering, Controls Product Manager, and Controls Product & Development Manager.

Since 2015, Jason has been working at Yaskawa America, Inc. in their Drives & Motion Division. Jason started as an Industry Marketing Manager and later became the Director of LV Drives Product Management.

Jason Wellnitz earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, completing their education between 2001 and 2005.
