Jihua Ma

Jihua Ma has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. From 2011 to 2017, Jihua worked at Yaskawa - Solectria Solar, initially starting as a Test Engineer and progressing to roles such as Senior Software Engineer, Lead Software Engineer, and Engineering Program Manager. In these positions, Jihua managed teams, planned and executed programs, implemented engineering best practices, and led root cause analysis and reaction plans for failures. Jihua also worked as a Director of Engineering and Associate Director of Engineering at the same company, where they led teams and ensured timely delivery of competitive products.
