Niang Suan Thang has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. They started their career as a Summer Intern at NEVA Electromagnetics in 2015. In 2016, they worked as a Co Op at EMC, where they contributed to the development and maintenance of the EMC Power Calculator, as well as supported system integration projects.

In 2017, Niang Suan Thang took on two roles concurrently. At Allegro MicroSystems, they worked as a Device Modeling Summer Intern. Simultaneously, they also worked at Worcester Polytechnic Institute on a Major Qualifying Project, where they designed and implemented an off-grid power inverter.

From 2018 onwards, Niang Suan Thang joined Yaskawa Solectria Solar, where they held two roles. As an Application Engineer/Technical Support Engineer, they evaluated solar site designs and provided product recommendations to utility engineers, project managers, and sales representatives. They also ensured compliance with the National Electric Code and various grid selection rules. In the same company, they also worked as a Technical Support Engineer, where they interacted with customers, solved technical issues, and provided support on inverter and product-related matters.

In 2021, Niang Suan Thang worked as a Full-Time Student/Aspiring Full-Stack Engineer at Springboard. Currently, they are employed as an Operations Engineer at Cypress Creek Renewables, starting in November 2022.

Niang Suan Thang's education history starts in 2014 when they enrolled at Worcester Polytechnic Institute. From 2014 to 2018, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering, focusing on Power Systems. In 2021, they attended Springboard and completed a program in Software Engineering, lasting until 2022.
