Ghassan Barghouti

Ghassan Barghouti is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Yasmina since July 2025. Prior to this role, Ghassan worked at Bayt.com from December 2021 to July 2025, initially as Development Manager, overseeing the Jobseeker division, and previously as Technical Team Lead, where significant projects included AI-powered search systems and real-time communication features. Ghassan’s earlier experiences include positions at Majid Al Futtaim as Backend Team Lead and Senior Software Engineer, and Jawaker as Senior Software Developer, focusing on mobile game development. Ghassan began a career at Bayt.com in 2011, progressing through various engineering roles. Ghassan holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Information Technology from the New York Institute of Technology.
