Saad H. Binmatlig

Saad Binmatlig currently serves as the P&CEO of Yanbu Aramco Sinopec Refining Company (YASREF) Ltd., starting in September 2023. Previously, Saad held the position of Director, Downstream Strategy & Capital Planning at Aramco from May 2021 to October 2023. Prior experience includes serving as VP Engineering & Technical Services and Head of Business Development at Saudi Aramco Total Refining and Petrochemical Company (SATORP) from May 2019 to April 2021. Saad's career at Aramco also included roles such as Director of Downstream Portfolio Planning and Operations Superintendent, starting as a Process Engineer in June 2000. Saad holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Colorado State University and two MBAs from the University of Phoenix.
