GUELMA Nabila has a diverse work experience spanning various roles. GUELMA is currently working as a Product Manager at Yassir, where their responsibilities include managing the product backlog, overseeing development stages, and measuring product progress. Prior to this, they worked at 3S pay as an Embedded Systems Integration Engineer, where they focused on designing and architecting client-server systems, front-end development on mobile platforms, and providing assistance to managers and technical, marketing, and sales teams. Nabila also has experience as a Mathematics Teacher at a college, where their tasks included lesson preparation, continuous evaluation of students, and participation in pedagogical meetings. Additionally, they completed an internship at Smartest Algeria and gained practical experience in radio maritime divisions during a practical training at the Chamber of Fisheries. GUELMA also completed a worker internship at the Center for Advanced Technology Development (CDTA) before obtaining a discovery internship at AIR ALGÉRIE, where they gained practical skills and knowledge in various workshops within the company.

GUELMA Nabila pursued their education at École nationale supérieure de technologie from 2015 to 2018, where they completed their Bachelor's degree in Génie électrique et Informatique Industrielle with a specialization in Télécommunication. Following that, they continued their studies at the same institution and obtained their Master's degree in Génie électrique et Informatique Industrielle with a focus on Systèmes embarqués from 2018 to 2020.
