Issam Ljouad

Issam Ljouad has a range of work experience starting in 2019 with Ja International as a Téléconseillère until July 2019. In 2021, they worked at Fairmont Taghazout Bay as part of the Royal Service team from April to October. ISSAM then transitioned to Yassir in 2022, first as a Fleet Manager from August 2022 to February 2023, and subsequently as a Brand Representative from February 2023 onwards. Their responsibilities at Yassir include developing and maintaining relationships with customers, partners, and vendors, understanding brand strategy, communicating product positioning, monitoring and improving rider performance and compliance, leading rider recruitment, managing rider roster and equipment inventory.

From 2019 to 2021, they attended Université Ibn Zohr and earned a License in Private Law, specializing in legal studies in the field of private law.

From 2017 to 2019, they also studied at Université Ibn Zohr and obtained a Diploma of General University Studies (DEUG) in legal studies, with a general focus.

From 2014 to 2017, they attended Lycée Ibn Maja and obtained their Baccalauréat degree, with a specialization in modern literature.
