Ertugrul Kaya

Ertugrul Kaya has extensive experience in human resources and strategic management, currently serving as CEO Yönetim Danışmanı at Yataş Grup since December 2014, following over ten years as İnsan Kaynakları Direktörü, where significant contributions were made to employee experience and institutional culture. Prior to Yataş Grup, Ertugrul Kaya held various leadership roles at Akbank from January 1983 to July 2014, including İnsan Kaynakları Yönetimi Bölüm Başkanı, overseeing HR strategies in one of Turkey's largest private banks, and earlier positions focused on operational HR processes. Career beginnings were in the public sector as a Müfettiş at T.C. Çalışma ve Sosyal Güvenlik Bakanlığı, ensuring compliance in labor law and employer-employee relations. Ertugrul Kaya holds degrees from Marmara University and Istanbul University.
