Elena Skorupan, WELL AP, serves as the Director of Environmental and Social Sustainability at Yates Construction since December 2011, where dedication to sustainability drives continuous improvement and the implementation of key initiatives such as annual sustainability reporting and GHG emissions reduction. Previous roles at Yates include Sustainability Lead and Director of International Business Operations, where Elena facilitated the establishment of corporate ESG policies and managed logistics for U.S. employees in Russia. Prior experience includes roles at KBR, Inc., AllStates Consulting Services, BE&K International Inc., and International Paper, with responsibilities ranging from project closeout coordination to technical translation. Elena's educational background encompasses a BA in Foreign Languages and Literature from Saint Petersburg State University and certifications in sustainability studies from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
