Andres Avalos Aguilar

Andres Avalos Aguilar is currently the COO and Co-founder of Yave, a position they have held since January 2018. Prior to that, they worked at McKinsey & Company, where they served as an Associate Partner from January 2017 to December 2017. Andres also worked as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company from August 2012 to December 2016. Before their time at McKinsey & Company, they worked as a Volunteer Consultant at TechnoServe from June 2011 to September 2011. Andres began their career as a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company from January 2008 to April 2010.

Andres Avalos Aguilar obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey, where they studied from 2002 to 2007. Andres later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General, at the London Business School from 2010 to 2012.
