Mark Pronk

Mark Pronk is the owner of MP Coaching & Training since January 2025 and serves as a Field Manager, Coach, and Trainer at YaWorks since November 2022. With extensive experience in various roles, Mark was a Field Sales Manager and National Account Manager at Nestlé from July 2020 to November 2022, where responsibilities included managing a team of four. Prior to that, Mark was a Key Account Manager at Baronie Group from April 2019 to July 2020, focusing on major clients such as Jumbo and Superunie. Mark's tenure at Unilever from January 2015 to April 2019 as a District Manager involved overseeing a team of 20 and fostering personal development and a positive company culture. Additionally, as a Senior Rayon Manager, Mark established long-term relationships with retail clients in the Amsterdam-Hilversum-Uithoorn region. Mark's career began at C1000 as a Business Leader from July 2002 to December 2014. Mark holds a degree in Small Business and Retail Management from Stenden and a NIMA Sales A certification.
