Eu-Gene Soh

Eu-Gene Soh began their work experience in 1996 as a Consultant at Accenture, where they designed, configured, and tested PeopleSoft HCM/Payroll implementations for clients in a variety of sectors. Eu-Gene then progressed to become an Analyst, where they developed and deployed custom solutions for clients and served as a regional trainer for Accenture's internal Project and Delivery Management methodology. In 2001, Soh became a Manager at Accenture UK, a role they held until 2005. During this time, they managed projects and teams for clients. In 2005, Soh joined RGE Pte Ltd as a Senior Manager, where they led the implementation and roll-out of SAP solutions for the Group's Construction and Engineering Business Entity in Indonesia. Eu-Gene also played a key role in the establishment of a Shared Services Centre in Malaysia, managing the transition of roles, processes, and systems for 400 staff members. In 2007, Soh joined INTERPOL as the Head of PMO, a position they held until 2014. In this role, they oversaw the organization's project management office. From 2014 to 2018, Soh worked at Ascendas-Singbridge as the Head of Business Systems (Applications), overseeing the company's application systems. Most recently, in 2019, they joined Quadient Accounts Receivable Automation by YayPay as the Head of Implementation. There is no specified end date for this role.

Eu-Gene Soh obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Alliance Manchester Business School from 2013 to 2015.
