Kate Pasichniuk

Kate Pasichniuk has a diverse range of work experience in design roles. Kate is currently the CDO and Founder of uxuidesignpro.com since January 2022. Before that, they worked at Quadient as the Director of Product Design for Financial Products, where they played a key role in product design strategy and led designers in creating user-friendly interfaces. Kate also developed and maintained the application Design System and mentored the design team. At Waverley Software, they served as a UI/UX Consultant and later became the Lead UI/UX Designer, where they focused on creating and developing design expertise within the company. Kate participated in pre-sales activities and attracted projects based solely on design. Kate also worked as a Senior UX/UI Consultant at Infopulse and EVRY, where they provided consulting services and contributed to the design of cognitive computing products. In addition to their professional work, they also lectured on UI/UX Design at Hillel IT School and was responsible for creating a comprehensive learning program to prepare students for careers in design. Kate has prior experience as a Senior UI/UX Designer at Infopulse and EVRY group, where they took on responsibility for the design and development of various products. Earlier in their career, Kate worked as a UI/UX and Web Designer on freelance projects through Upwork and served as the Head of the Design Department at ThinkMobiles, managing a team of 20 designers and overseeing numerous projects across different platforms and domains. Throughout their career, they have been praised for their ability to create intuitive and functional user interfaces.

Kate Pasichniuk began their education journey in 2019 when they obtained a membership certificate from the Interaction Design Foundation (IDF). In 2020, they earned a Front-end for beginners certification from Web Academy programming courses Kiev and also obtained an EF SET Certificate C2 from EF Standard English Test (EF SET).

In terms of formal education, Kate held the position of an applicant of PhD degree in Pedagogy and Creative Psychology at Cherkasy State University 'Bohdan Hmelnycky'. It is unclear when they started or finished this program.
