Obren Zugic

Obren Zugic has work experience in various roles and industries. Obren started their career as a VP Communications at the Mechatronic Systems Engineering Student Society in 2018. Obren then worked as a Lead Structural Engineer for SFU Rocketry from 2018 to 2019. In 2019, they joined Current Scientific Corporation as a Junior Mechatronics Engineer. Obren later became a Project Coordinator & Mechanical Engineer at Genesis Robotics & Motion Technologies from 2020 to 2021. Obren then worked as a Mechanical Engineer at Current Scientific Corporation from 2021 to 2023. Currently, Obren is employed as a Sales Development Representative at Quadient Accounts Receivable Automation by YayPay.

Obren Zugic pursued their education in a chronological order, starting in 2016 and ending in 2020. In 2016, they attended Langara College where they obtained a Certificate in Arts & Science (Engineering) with a specialization in Engineering. Subsequently, from 2017 to 2020, Obren enrolled in the Faculty of Applied Sciences at Simon Fraser University, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Mechatronic Systems Engineering.
