Tanya Johnson

Tanya Johnson is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in engineering and leadership roles across multiple companies. As the Co-Founder and CEO of HIREarci, Inc. since August 2015, Tanya has been instrumental in driving the company's vision. Additionally, Tanya serves as an Advisor at YayPay Inc. since August 2016. Prior professional experience includes serving as VP of Engineering & Services at Genpact, Inc. from April 2009 to July 2015, and as Sr. VP of Engineering & Services at both Avolent and Actional. Tanya's early career features significant positions at Clarify, Oracle, and Wang, showcasing a strong foundation in communication products and electronic messaging. Academically, Tanya holds a Master's degree in Statistics/Computer Science and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics/Computer Science from Oklahoma State University.
