Rachel Cheng

Rachel Cheng is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and leadership roles. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of Yays Snacks since January 2023, Rachel previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Popcorn for the People, a nonprofit dedicated to creating job opportunities for individuals with autism and disabilities, from October 2016 to December 2022. Earlier career highlights include serving as Project Manager for Enactus at Rutgers University, where Rachel led initiatives that provided consulting support to struggling nonprofits, and facilitating events for the Innovation Committee at Rutgers Business School. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management from Rutgers University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
