Sergio Caccamo has over 20 years of experience in the finance industry. Sergio began their career as a finance manager at Fiege Holding Italia S.p.A. in 1998. In 2008, they were promoted to CFO at International PBI S.p.A. where they oversaw all accounting, finance and controlling functions. In June 2009, they left International PBI S.p.A. to join Advantech S.p.A. as their CFO. During their time at Advantech, the company developed a strategic plan that included the construction of a research center and an innovative production plant of mineral wool in Poland. Caccamo was in charge of ensuring the necessary additional capital to support the business plan and driving all financial operations with merchant banks, private equity and public international organizations. In 2010, they left Advantech to join Yazaki as their CFO.
