Bohdan Ivashchuk

Bohdan Ivashchuk has a diverse work experience. Bohdan is the CEO and Co-Founder of YBC NYC, a company they launched from scratch in New York City. Bohdan was responsible for various business processes such as client attraction, team hiring, sales department building, and developing sales and marketing strategies. Under their leadership, YBC US expanded with branches in NYC, Miami, and LA.

In addition, Bohdan worked as an Advisor at SoftSetters from July 2019 to February 2022. Bohdan provided advisory services to the company during this time.

Bohdan also served as a Strategic Advisor at Prostir from March 2019 to May 2020. In this role, Bohdan built strong relationships with key clients, understood their unique needs, and provided tailored solutions to enhance their business operations. Bohdan also analyzed market trends, identified new business opportunities, and devised innovative approaches to capture market share.

Before these roles, Bohdan worked at TCM Group Ukraine. Bohdan started as an Associate from December 2014 to December 2015, then became a Senior Associate from January 2016 to December 2016, and finally served as a Counsel from January 2017 to July 2019. At TCM Group Ukraine, they specialized in providing strategic legal services to major Chinese Fortune 500 companies. Bohdan led negotiations and represented clients in high-profile disputes, employing strategic negotiation techniques to minimize legal risks and protect client interests.

Bohdan Ivashchuk completed their Master's Degree in International Business, Trade and Tax Law from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv in 2015. In 2013, they also studied Legal English at EnglishScore. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Business Law from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv in 2014.
