The YBDSA is the management company for the YDSA and ABYA. YBDSA also has 'Associates'' who are professionals within the marine industry such as lawyers and insurers, and these are listed on our websites. The YDSA does not provide entry-level training for designers or surveyors, but is developing a training programme to assist members to maintain their professional knowledge and expertise. The ABYA Yacht Brokerage course is ideal for those wishing to become brokers, recently started working as a broker or to provide a "refresher" for experienced brokers.
