YCC Inc. is an independent research institute funded by a group of passionate professionals in the field of economics, transport, environmental science, and climate change.  Formed in 2009, YCC dedicates its independent studies on transport-related policies, climate change mitigation, renewable energy, and environmental (especially air quality, oil spill, and biosecurity) and social economic impact evaluation and reduction solutions, etc.  YCC is offering high quality consulting services and expertise for development agencies (e.g. ADB, World Bank), policy-makers, think tanks, private sectors, and government (e.g. Chinese Ministry of Transport).
