Carl Reid has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Carl has been working at YCharts since 2015, starting as a Customer Support representative and later progressing to become a Technical Account Manager, a Team Lead for Technical Account Managers, a Sales Engineer, and eventually the Director of Customer Solutions. Prior to that, they worked as an Assistant Account Executive at The Biaocco and Maldari Connection and as a Research Intern at The Connex Group. Earlier in their career, Carl worked as a Research Analyst Intern at The Biaocco and Maldari Connection and as a Cutco Sales Associate at Vector Marketing.
