Varun Thippeswamy

Varun Thippeswamy currently serves as an Associate Consultant at YCP Auctus since March 2023, following a role as Program Manager for Replenishment and Inbound Capacity Planning at udaan.com from May 2022 to February 2023. Varun previously held various positions at udaan.com, including a Summer Intern role focusing on manpower optimization. Between July 2017 and July 2020, Varun worked at Caterpillar Inc. as a Manufacturing Engineer, followed by roles as a Supply Chain Planner and Section Manager in OHT Truck Line Assembly. Varun contributed to a policy research project at Young Leaders for Active Citizenship and has a background in leadership as Vice President of Outgoing Global Volunteer at AIESEC. Varun holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from The National Institute Of Engineering, Mysore.
