Caroline Allison is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Head of IT at Yealands Wine Group since July 2022. Prior to this role, Caroline held the position of Head of ICT at Manuka Health NZ Ltd from October 2018 to May 2022, and worked as an IS Consultant at Cerebos for a short period in 2017. Caroline's extensive career at Cerebos Gregg's Limited / Cerebos Foods Australia spanned over 12 years, where roles included Information Systems Service Delivery Manager for both ANZ and NZ, as well as Business Analyst and Regulatory Affairs Technologist. Earlier experience includes positions as a Food Technologist at Emerald Foods Limited and a Technical Officer/Research & Development Technician at Hi-Tech Foods Limited. Caroline holds an MBA with Honours in Operations & Management from Auckland University of Technology and has completed executive education in Business Dynamics at MIT Sloan School of Management. Additionally, Caroline possesses a Post Graduate Diploma in Viticulture & Oenology from Lincoln University and a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from the University of Otago.
