Adinah Ragland currently serves as an Associate Director Program Facilitator and Specialty Learning Coach at Year Up United since January 2023. With a strong background in education, Adinah has been an Adjunct Associate Professor of Student Life Skills and Education at Valencia College since May 2018. Prior experience includes roles as an English Teacher, Spanish/English Instructor, and Accreditation Teacher Leader at Orange County Public Schools from 2010 to 2020, and a Foreign Language Teacher and ESOL Instructor at the NYC Department of Education in 2006-2007. Adinah holds a Doctor of Education in Leadership and Innovation from NYU Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development (2024-2026), a Master of Science for Teachers from Pace University (2006-2008), and a Bachelor of Arts in Comparative Literature and Spanish from Hamilton College (1997-2001).
