Alison Decker

Alison Decker, MBA, HFID, serves as the Managing Director of Product and Design at Year Up since March 2020, with previous roles including Senior Director of Digital Experience and Interim Co-CIO. Prior to Year Up, Alison was an Advisory Board Member at ollie from March 2017 to August 2020 and spent nearly a decade at Liberty Mutual Insurance where roles included Manager of Enterprise Experience and Product Design, User Experience Manager, Principal User Experience Designer, User Experience Engineer, and Business Systems Analyst. Alison also served as a Design Fellow at IDEO CoLab in early 2017 and worked as a Digital Experience Consultant for Fairfield University from December 2015 to June 2016. Educational credentials include an MBA in Human Factors In Information Technology from Bentley University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Information Systems and Operations Management from Fairfield University.
