Ayanna Nelson

Ayanna Nelson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in career services and education management. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Central Career Services at Year Up since September 2016, Ayanna excels in strategic direction, team performance management, and relationship building with alumni and corporate partners. Previous roles include Associate Director of Employment Placement and Employment Placement Manager at Year Up, as well as various leadership positions at Communities In Schools, Florida State College at Jacksonville, and Virginia College. Ayanna holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Webster University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Savannah State University.
