Chrystal Stokes Williams

Chrystal Stokes Williams is an accomplished finance and operations executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Chief Financial and Administrative Officer at Year Up since May 2021, Chrystal oversees finance, legal, and compliance functions, focusing on financial performance and risk management. Previously, Chrystal held the position of Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at IP Zone, providing strategic advice to entrepreneurs on business strategies and intellectual property monetization. With a solid background at American Express, including roles in Corporate Development and Global IP Strategy, Chrystal also contributed to financial planning and analysis for the Membership Rewards program. Early career experiences include positions at JP Morgan, Granite Broadcasting, and Goldman Sachs. Chrystal holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Spelman College.
