Elizabeth Pearson has extensive experience in academic delivery strategy, talent solutions, and curriculum development, currently serving as the Director of Academic Delivery Strategy at Year Up United since February 2014. Key achievements include the development of an instructor training framework and organization-wide andragogical strategies that enhance inclusive learning experiences. Elizabeth has also spearheaded the design and rollout of standardized training resources and integrated DEIB principles into training initiatives. Previous roles include Director of Talent Solutions, Associate Director of Academics, and Academic Manager, where successes include implementing specialized training programs, managing educational teams, and fostering community partnerships.
