Herbert Gay

Herbert Gay has extensive experience in managing and supporting educational and security programs. As a Program Manager at Year Up since 2010, Herbert collaborates with various teams to achieve high student graduation and employment rates, coaches a team of staff advisors, facilitates learning community meetings, and instructs a career development course. In addition, Herbert serves as a Team Supervisor at Strong Arm Security Company, enhancing operational efficiency and training staff on security protocols. Previous roles include working as a Service Operation Associate at Microsoft and serving as an Information Technology Student at Year Up, building a comprehensive skill set in IT and security operations. Herbert's educational background includes studies at Cambridge College and Year Up, along with a high school diploma from Crossland High School.
