Kerri Smith

Kerri Smith is a highly experienced program manager currently at Year Up since May 2023, where responsibilities include managing a Learning Community for program participants, training a team of professional coaches, and facilitating onboarding programs. Prior to this role, Kerri served at St. Edward's University as Assistant Director of Residential Education and Residence Director, where duties involved recruiting and training staff, assessing employee development needs, and maintaining relationships across university departments. Earlier experience includes positions at Rutgers University, Fairleigh Dickinson University, and several other institutions, contributing to student success through advising and training initiatives, crisis management, and event planning. Kerri holds a Master of Education in College Student Affairs from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Science in Counseling and Human Services from the University of Scranton.
