Michael J. Williams

Michael J. Williams, II, CSM, serves as the Associate Director of Program Facilitation at Year Up since December 2008, focusing on specialized trainings and service models that enhance team effectiveness and support external organizations in talent development. Previously, Michael held roles as Program Manager, where responsibilities included managing participant cohorts, designing training programs, and ensuring academic success through collaboration with faculty. Michael also founded MJW Advantage in April 2022, offering individual coaching, team-building training, and corporate support to foster a strong company culture. Past experience includes personal training at Bally Total Fitness and recruitment roles at City Year, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree from Howard University.
