Sheeba Swyter, MHRM, currently serves as the Recruiter Manager for Year Up United, responsible for collaborating with hiring managers and candidates to facilitate successful hires and assess roles to ensure optimal outcomes. With prior experience as an Internship Services Coordinator, Employment Placement Specialist, and Academic Advisor in various educational institutions, Sheeba has consistently supported students and professionals in achieving their career and academic goals. A graduate of Illinois State University with dual Bachelor’s degrees in Spanish Language and Literature and English/Language Arts Teacher Education, as well as a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, Sheeba has cultivated expertise in talent acquisition, career services, and academic advising throughout a diverse career spanning over a decade.
