About
The leadership team at yearend has a history of experience with startups and tax product engineering. The team is composed of the CEO, who has a background in accounting from the University of Southern California and experience with Carta; the CTO, who has a degree in computer science from the University of New Mexico and experience with both Carta and Qforma Inc.; and the Head of Tax Engineering, who also has experience with Carta.
