Juan Londoño Leon has diverse work experience across various industries. Juan co-founded Yeasty in 2022, where they serve as the COO. Prior to that, they worked as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Agoranov in 2021. In the same year, they founded Aura, a cleantech startup studio, where they built a team and secured financial partners before one withdrew. From 2019 to 2021, Juan worked as a Technical Product Manager at SYSNAV, a deeptech startup specializing in positioning solutions. Juan played a crucial role in defining the global product portfolio and conducting market studies. Before that, they held multiple roles at Total, including Coordinator for the Challenge Startupper of the Year in the Asia Pacific & Middle East region and Innovation Project Manager. Juan 'sresponsibilities included organizing the challenge, preparing marketing objectives, and scaling the project. Juan also has experience in event management as the Director of the Gala Essec 2017 at ESSEC Business School, where they managed a large budget and a team of five people. Juan started their career as Vice President of ESSEC Initiatives, where they revitalized the entrepreneurship association and led advisory missions. Finally, Juan worked as a Consultant Intern at Vertone, conducting a benchmark study on customer experience and analyzing open data business models.

From 2014 to 2018, Juan attended ESSEC Business School, where they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Grande Ecole with a focus on Management, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship.
In 2017, they took part in an exchange program at Macquarie Business School, where they studied as a Master of Business Administration (MBA) exchange student.
In 2018, Juan continued their education at CentraleSupélec, where they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Data Sciences and Business Analytics.
Prior to their enrollment at ESSEC Business School, Juan attended Lycée Saint Louis from 2012 to 2014. Juan completed a Classe Préparatoire Commerciale ECS, where they studied subjects such as Mathematics, Geopolitics, Philosophy, Letters, and Languages.
Besides their formal education, Juan has acquired two additional certifications. In 2015, they obtained a TOEIC certification scoring 990 out of 990 from Educational Testing Service (ETS). Additionally, in 2017, they obtained a TOEFL certification scoring 113 out of 120, also from Educational Testing Service (ETS).
