Jessica Boonstra

Jessica Boonstra has held various positions in a variety of companies since 2002. Jessica began their career at Shell Global Lubricants as a Logistics Manager for Benelux and France, followed by a Project Manager for Supply Chain and a Project/Change Manager for CRM. In 2006, they moved to the role of Cluster Deployment Manager for Benelux and France and Commercial Adviser for Supply Upstream and New Market Entry. In 2008, they joined Ahold and held the positions of Director of Business Development e-Commerce, Director of Strategy Office Ahold Group, and Senior Consultant for Strategy & Expansion. In 2015, Jessica joined RWE AG as an Innovation Consultant for Disruptive Digital. In 2016, they co-founded Alchemize Consulting, a South African/Dutch consulting company. Finally, in 2018, Jessica founded Yebo Fresh, a multi-award-winning eCommerce platform focusing on South Africa's townships.

Jessica Boonstra completed their European Baccalaureate from European School Bergen in 1994. Jessica then attended Leiden University from 1994-1996, studying Physics and Mathematics. In 1996, they began their Master of Science (MSc) in Engineering- Technology, policy & management at Delft University of Technology, which they completed in 2002. In 2021, they began their ThePowerMBA from ThePower Business School, with a focus on Business Strategy, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Innovation & Digital Transfornation, which they are expected to complete in 2022.
