Fruma Gajer

Fruma Gajer is an experienced professional with a diverse background in marketing, recruitment, client relations, and life coaching. Currently serving as the Chief Marketing Officer and Director of Recruitment and Client Relations at Yeled V'Yalda since September 2017, Fruma also operates as a certified life coach through Life Coaching By Fruma, assisting teenagers and young adults in identifying their strengths since September 2013. Previously, Fruma held the position of Program Director at Bnos Menachem from September 2009 to June 2014, where responsibilities included organizing programs and coaching students. Fruma is pursuing a master's degree in Special Education and Teaching at Mercy College, and holds various educational qualifications from institutions such as Associated Beth Rivkah School, Ohel Chana Learning Institute, and Refuah Institute, with a degree from AAPC.
