Danielle Farrell

Danielle Farrell is a Senior Learning Development Consultant at Yell, responsible for inducting new starters into the business through the telesales induction program, as well as designing and maintaining learning materials for induction and the internal Learning Management System (LMS). Danielle conducts training needs analysis within the telesales channel and designs and delivers training to enhance product knowledge and improve the sales journey. Prior experience includes positions as a Learning Development Consultant and Telesales Consultant at Hughes Insurance, where Danielle also served as Team Lead from April 2011 to March 2014.
