Manager, Customer Success at Yello

Aishling Corcoran has over five years of professional experience in customer success, account management, and business development. In 2018, they began working at Yello.co as Manager of Customer Success, and was later promoted to Customer Success Director, Team Lead. In this role, they were responsible for helping global, enterprise companies meet, engage, capture and nurture top candidates through their recruitment process. Aishling was then promoted to Customer Success Director, and then Senior Customer Success Manager. In 2016, they began working at AwareManager as an Account Manager. In this role, they were responsible for maintaining positive relationships with various Commercial and Corporate Real Estate Clients and selling additional services. Aishling was also responsible for lead generation for corporate, commercial, hospital, and stadium clients. In 2015, they began working at Dodie Academic Enrichment Center as an Academic Tutor.

Aishling Corcoran attended the University of South Carolina from 2012 to 2016, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and French. In October 2019, they obtained a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 certification from SuccessHACKER.
