Jennifer Peacock has worked in the technology industry since 2005. Jennifer began their career as a Technical VISTA at HandsOn Suburban Chicago, where they were responsible for overall training plan and technical support. In 2006, they moved to JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a Data Migration Production Support, where they built virtual lockboxes in the new system to mimic standards in the obsolete system. Jennifer then joined Accenture in 2007 as a Quality Assurance Analyst, where they developed use cases, functional requirements, test conditions, test scenarios, and test scripts. Jennifer was promoted to Senior Quality Assurance Analyst and then Quality Assurance Team Lead, where they provided test planning and preparation along with execution leading a test team. In 2016, they joined OpinionLab, A Verint Company as a QA Engineer, where they developed test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts. Finally, in 2018, they moved to Yello.co as a Senior Test Engineer I and was later promoted to Senior Test Engineer II, where they developed test cases and plans, documented issues, and collaborated with the team to resolve issues.

Jennifer Peacock obtained their Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the Illinois Institute of Technology between 1997 and 2001. Jennifer also holds the Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) certification from the International Software Testing Qualifications Board, which they obtained in August 2019. In June 2016, they earned the Duolingo Spanish Fluency: Beginner (Estimated) certification from Duolingo. Finally, they have also completed the Try SQL course from Code School.
