Farid Jan

Farid Jan has an extensive work experience in various industries. Farid is the Founder and CEO of Yellostone Technologies Pvt Ltd, where they have successfully established a hybrid organization catering to both consumer and enterprise segments. Farid specializes in distribution services for renowned tech brands and provides comprehensive solutions for corporate and B2B customers.

Before this, Farid held the position of Head of Samsung Mobile-Pakistan | Afghanistan at Samsung Electronics. During their tenure, they played a pivotal role in transforming the brand and increasing its market share from 6% to an impressive 51%. Farid was responsible for end-to-end operations, including product planning, distribution setup, sales, marketing, and demand generation.

Prior to Samsung, Farid served as the Head of Business Development at Descon Power Solutions (Pvt) Ltd., where they provided turnkey solutions for industries to have their own uninterrupted power source. Additionally, they worked as the Country Manager - Afghanistan and Marketing Engineer at Descon Engineering and as a Business Analyst at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young.

Farid Jan has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Strategic Management and Database Management from The University of Dallas. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Engineering & Technology Peshawar. Additionally, they are a member of the Sigma Iota Epsilon - Sigma Zeta Chapter at The University of Dallas.
