Mike Laidlaw

Mike Laidlaw's work experience includes various roles in the gaming industry. Mike is currently the Chief Creative Officer at Yellow Brick Games Inc., starting in April 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Ubisoft as a Creative Director from November 2018 to February 2020. Mike was also a Creative Consultant as a self-employed individual from November 2017 to January 2020. Laidlaw spent a significant portion of their career at Bioware, starting in 2003. At Bioware, they held several roles including Senior Creative Director for the Dragon Age franchise, Creative Director for the Dragon Age franchise, Lead Designer, and Lead Writer for Jade Empire. Before transitioning into the gaming industry, Laidlaw worked at Bell Canada as Acting Manager/Sales Representative and at The Adrenaline Vault as a Console Editor.

Mike Laidlaw obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Western University, where they attended from 2000 to 2005.
