Pablo Mercado is a seasoned Technical Rigger with extensive experience in the gaming and animation industries. Currently employed at Yellow Brick Games Inc. since September 2021, Pablo specializes in rigging diverse characters and elements while also handling cloth and hair simulations and pipeline integration in Unreal Engine. Prior to this role, Pablo served as a Character Rigger at Ubisoft from March 2017 to August 2021, contributing to high-profile projects such as Assassin's Creed Odyssey and Immortal's Fenix Rising. Between January 2007 and February 2017, Pablo held multiple positions at Exodo Animation Studios, including Studio Supervisor and Technical Lead, where workflow organization and technical issue resolution were key responsibilities. Earlier in the career, Pablo worked on character rigging and animation for various animated projects and taught courses at Tecnológico de Monterrey. Pablo's educational background includes a Master’s Degree in 3D Computer Animation from Bournemouth University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design from Universidad de Guadalajara, supplemented by a diploma in Maya API C++.
