Pumulo Karen Sifuniso has a diverse range of work experience. Pumulo Karen started their career as an Administrative Intern at Bethany Christian Services in 2016. In 2017, they interned at the National Assembly of Zambia, working in Public and International Relations. Pumulo Karen then worked as a Research Assistant at the American Institutes for Research in 2018 before moving on to a similar role at The University of Zambia (UNZA) from 2018 to 2019. In 2019, they joined USAID Zambia as a Program Intern for the Youth Lead Program, where they led a team and managed a cash grant for a youth-designed intervention. Most recently, they have been involved with Yellow Card App, where they held the positions of Head of Operations Zambia from June 2020 to November 2021 and Head of Operations: Southern Africa from June 2021 to present.
Pumulo Karen Sifuniso attended First-rate International Academy from 2011 to 2012, where they pursued A level qualifications in Economics, Business studies, and Mathematics. After completing their A levels, they enrolled at Webster University Geneva from 2014 to 2015. Here, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Relations, Business Management, and Human rights. Finally, from 2015 to 2016, Pumulo Karen Sifuniso studied at Grand Valley State University, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Relations and Affairs.
