Yellow Dot Studios is a non-profit media studio founded by filmmaker Adam-McKay (Don’t Look Up, The Big Short, Anchorman, Succession) to expose rampant Big Oil disinformation, so we can finally take necessary action on the rampant Big Oil pollution that is literally cooking us.

In addition to short-form web content featuring comic talents like Tim Robinson, Nikki Glaser, Rainn Wilson and D'Arcy Carden, our productions include:

HEATED CONVERSATIONS - Chat show that puts your favorite people in a tiny sauna to ask them big questions as the temperature rises through five level so extreme heat.

YOU NEED THIS - Documentary from director Ryan Andrej Lough that explores how consumerism emerged from the unbridled optimism of 1950s America and evolved into a global system shaping our desires, identities, and behaviors.

SABOTAGE - Investigative podcast going inside the world of the controversial activists of Just Stop Oil. Named one of Apple's 10 best podcasts so far of 2025.

LET'S NOT DIE - A live comedy and climate show we've brought to LA, New York and London.

THE EXTREME WEATHER REPORT - Connecting global extreme weather disasters to the fossil fuel pollution and lies that caused them.

SO YOU THINK YOU CAN SCIENCE - The world's first live comedy science game show.

COBELL ENERGY - Web series workplace comedy about an oil family battling progress and each other.
