Cathy Chang

Cathy Chang has worked in the software engineering field since 1998. Cathy began their career at CSC as a Senior System Engineer, then moved to Scientific Engineering Solutions as a Senior Software Engineer in 2004. Later that same year, they joined Leidos as a Chief Software Engineer. Most recently, in 2020, they became a Software Engineer at Yellow Duck Technologies, Inc.

Cathy Chang has a Master of Science in Computer Systems Management from UMUC and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Maryland College Park.
