Henok Desta

Henok Desta is an undergraduate studying Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology, projected to graduate in 2026. Currently serving as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Ben T. Zinn Combustion Laboratory and previously at the Aerospace Systems Design Laboratory (ASDL), Henok has contributed to projects involving the design of a vehicle for cubeSat orbital launch and the development of solid propellant rocket nozzles using SolidWorks CAD and NASA's MOC simulator. Additionally, as a Vehicle Fluids Engineer with the Yellow Jacket Space Program, Henok is engaged in innovative aerospace projects. Henok graduated with a High School Diploma from Brookwood High School in 2023.
