Yellow King Brews is a Connecticut-based craft coffee and cocktail café that blends the energy of a specialty café with the atmosphere of a modern bar and event space. With locations in Wallingford and Bristol, the brand has built a reputation for delivering high-quality beverages, creative menus, and a strong sense of community through curated events.

At its core, Yellow King Brews focuses on elevating both coffee and cocktails. The menu features specialty espresso drinks, house-made cold brews, and rotating seasonal creations, alongside a full bar program highlighted by signature cocktails—most notably its widely recognized espresso martinis and themed flight offerings. This dual identity allows the business to operate seamlessly from morning coffee service through late-night bar operations.

The brand is driven by innovation and experience, consistently introducing new flavors, seasonal menus, and interactive offerings that keep customers engaged. Whether guests are stopping in for a quick coffee, meeting friends for drinks, or attending one of the many hosted events, Yellow King Brews delivers a unique and memorable atmosphere that bridges daytime café culture with vibrant nightlife.
